About the organization:

Euroclear Bank is the premier provider of settlement and related securities services for cross-border transactions involving domestic and international bonds, equities, derivatives and investment funds. We offer clients a single access point to post-trade services covering domestic securities from over 40 markets.

Collateral Management Services help clients source and mobilize their securities inventory rapidly, efficiently and optimally to meet multiple collateral obligations. The industry is moving into unchartered territory, and Euroclear as a long-established leader and innovator in collateral management, can add value by easing the collateral management burdens. Our team is working in different locations: Poland, Belgium, Hong Kong and Singapore.

The CMS Operations Team:

• Investigate and follow-up on custody or Corporate Action events processed on Collateral positions, including cash and securities realignment.
• Process collateral schedules/profile requests for draft and implementation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage timely and accurately control queries, transaction processing (instructions input) and reporting generation.
• Work and consistently collaborate with various internal collaborators within Collateral Management Services and other operations teams to address service issues and customer concerns raised by clients.
• Support the Collateral client-facing team by addressing questions concerning operational procedures.
• Identify ways to improve our risk resilience as well as efficiency and productivity.
• Align with our SOP to ensure processes meet internal controls; suggest updates for any gaps.

• Experience in collateral management, settlement/trade processing, or asset servicing is advantageous but not essential.

• Lead or contribute to projects and initiatives targeting operational efficiency, risk management, quality, compliance, and strategic improvements.
• Drive and facilitate process improvements, reviewing and implementing new procedures after managerial review.
• Coordinate and foster collaboration among stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
• Provide expertise, analyze business needs, test solutions, support operational readiness, and implement changes as required.
• An aptitude for identifying innovative approaches or streamlining processes, particularly in areas such as process automation.
