About the Team

The Funds Admission & Information Review Team (FAIR) plays a central role in the FundSettle ecosystem.

We ensure that only eligible securities enter the platform, safeguarding the integrity of our funds database and directly supporting clients, fund managers, transfer agents, and internal partners.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review and admit investment funds—from mutual funds to alternatives and private market funds—ensuring their eligibility in FundSettle.
• Analyse fund documentation and translate it into clear, actionable FundSettle rules.
• Interact with clients and agents, answering questions with accuracy and a proactive mindset.
• Support other operational teams, helping them resolve queries and prioritising what truly matters for our clients.
• Engage in problem-solving, handling approvals and escalations within defined frameworks.
• Contribute to complex investigations, continuous improvements, and cross-team initiatives.
• Your work ensures that FundSettle maintains its high-quality standards and that clients receive a smooth onboarding experience.

• You Can organise your work efficiently and set the right priorities.
• Know when and how to escalate sensitive situations, and you feel comfortable handling them with your Team Leader.
• Are at ease navigating different types of fund documentation.
• Handle workloads and deadlines with resilience and structure.
• Want to deepen your knowledge of investment funds and grow your expertise.
• Bring a continuous improvement mindset—you spot inefficiencies, propose solutions, and help implement and stabilise them.
• Contribute to team projects with autonomy and initiative.
• Pay attention to detail, think risk‑aware, and understand the impact of your decisions.
• Are a reliable, supportive team player.
