Our Corporate Actions team is responsible for managing all types of mandatory and voluntary Corporate Action events. This role presents an outstanding opportunity to be part of a team that strictly adheres to world-class standards in the finance industry. We offer our services for all instrument types, including fixed income securities, warrants, equities, Depositary Receipts, and Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs). As a Corporate Actions - Operations Analyst, you will be at the forefront of completing flawless processes and ensuring our clients receive outstanding service.
We provide service to:
• Handle custody instructions promptly and efficiently.
• Credit proceeds accurately to client accounts.
• Collaborate actively with agents to serve clients' interests and identify efficient solutions.
• Continuously improve process efficiency and accuracy
• Actively respond to inquiries from the client service team, providing clear and detailed information.
• Conduct cash and securities reconciliation
Candidates with experience in Corporate Actions or a strong understanding of Financial Services and interest in Corporate Actions are preferred.

• Skilled at efficiently managing various processes, advancing concerns when needed, and resolving customer or partner concerns in coordination with the team leader.

• Contributes to the continuous improvement of the team, constantly seeking ways to improve efficiency.
• Actively participates in problem-solving sessions, identifies gaps in working methods, reviews operational procedures, and may take part in projects or initiatives.
• Demonstrates a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
• Possesses excellent time management skills, able to adapt to changing volumes while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Flexible, dynamic, and adaptable to changing environments.
