YOUR ROLE

The Finished Vehicles Logistics Director is responsible for leading the Finished Vehicles Logistics product across multiples countries in the cluster Eastern Europe.

This role oversees the development, performance, and profitability of vehicle transport solutions. The position is responsible for defining and executing the cluster product strategy in line with the regional one, ensuring operational excellence, driving commercial growth, and building strong customer relationships.

The Director will lead cross-country coordination to deliver reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient vehicle logistics transport services and compound operations.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  1. Product Strategy & Development: Define and implement the cluster Finished Vehicles Logistics (FVL) product strategy across multiples countries, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, and company objectives.

  1. Commercial Growth: Support business development and key account teams to win new business and expand existing contracts by developing competitive FVL solutions and value propositions.

  1. Product Performance Management: Monitor and optimize product performance, including revenue, margins, service levels, and operational efficiency across the regional network.

  1. Operational Excellence: Drive operational consistency and best practices across countries to improve transport performance, yard management and operational quality.

  1. Regional Governance & Alignment: Provide functional leadership and coordination across the multiples countries to ensure alignment on product strategy, priorities, and standards.

  1. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with automotive OEMs, key stakeholders, and acting as a coordinator for Finished Vehicles Logistics new products solutions (CAAC, Batteries Reverse Logistics, etc.).

  1. Financial Performance: Contribute to the management of the product P&L, supporting budgeting, pricing strategy, cost control, and investment prioritization.

  1. Innovation & Sustainability: Lead initiatives to enhance digital capabilities, visibility, and sustainable logistics solutions, including CO₂ reduction and network optimization.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Proven experience in the Logistics sector preferably in Finished Vehicle Logistics, Automotive, or Supply Chain;

  • Overall knowledge in Project Management, Lean management, IT and integration related to the business

  • Entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset, you go after the deal and focus on long-term value;

  • Excellent communication skills in English

  • Analytical approach and solution orientation

  • Willingness to travel within Europe
