We are currently working with schools across Bedford and the surrounding areas on a variety of roles from daily cover to potential long term positions. Providing engaging and age-appropriate activities to support children's learning and development
Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
Building strong relationships with children, parents, and nursery staff
Following nursery policies and safeguarding procedures to ensure children's safety and well-being
Observing and recording children's progress and sharing insights with the nursery team
Teaching Assistant experience
Relevant qualification
Experience working in an SEND environment or supporting SEND needs
Comfortable across the national UK curriculum
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of individual students
