This role involves working closely with children, engaging them in educational activities, and helping them develop essential social skills. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to providing the highest quality care and education in accordance with our guiding principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and promote a high standard of care and education.
• Plan and deliver engaging learning experiences that meet individual children's needs.
• Observe and assess children's development and progress.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
• Maintain records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Experience working with young children in a nursery or educational setting.
• Understanding of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Current DBS check and pediatric first aid certification preferred.
