Early Talent Taq Services Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and meticulous individual to join our Early Talent (ET) Team.
The EarlyTalentTeam supports Early TalentProgrammesacross multiple countries (including the US, UK, Sweden, and others) such as GraduateProgrammes, AssociateProgrammes, and Apprenticeships.
In this role, you will play a keypartin ensuring the smooth running of our recruitment processes, working closely with Talent Acquisition (TAQ) Partners to deliver an excellent candidate and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with TAQ Partners to define and understand screening criteria for Early TalentProgrammesin each location.
- Conduct candidate screenings based on agreed criteria and ensureaccurateassessments.
- Handle candidate progression through recruitment stages in internal platforms (Workday, 8fold, SHL andSmartsheetswould be a plus).
- Schedule virtual assessmentcentresforshortlistedcandidates.
- Respond to candidate queries via Service Now ina timelyand professional manner.
- Partner with TAQ teams to ensure the recruitment process attracts and selects the best talent.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both team members, TAQ Partners and relevant partners.
- High attention to detail to ensureaccurateand fair candidate screening.
- Critical thinking skills with an attitude for continuous improvement.
- Proactive and ambitious to learn new systems, tools, and platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Open-minded to minor changesonthe process during the season
-Previousexperience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition is a plus but notrequired
-Fluent in English
