Rotational Engineering Program-Central and Eastern Europe
At Solar Turbines EAME, we are dedicated to attracting, retaining and developing the next generation’s talent. Our Rotational Engineers will have the opportunity to work on projects that impact on our business and the future of our company. The purpose of the program is to commence the development and training of the next generation of highly capable and highly competent engineers. This rotational program is aimed at recently graduated engineers.
Engineers on the rotational program will have the opportunity to complete up to six rotational assignments over a total duration of 18 months, including a combination of classroom, online and hand-on training. This rotational engineering program is designed to provide comprehensive training and exposure across multiple teams, each focusing on specific learning objectives and tasks to develop well-rounded engineering professionals.
