Join our Mining Project Management team as a Junior Project Coordinator, supporting mining projects in Quebec and across Canada from our Val-d'Or office.

Working alongside multidisciplinary teams, you'll gain valuable exposure to project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and consulting practices while helping deliver safe, sustainable, and responsible solutions for our clients and communities.

Your Impact

  • Coordinate project activities across planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout phases to support successful project delivery.
  • Support project budgeting and scheduling efforts by tracking project information and assisting Project Managers with reporting and updates.
  • Contribute to project controls activities, including risk tracking, progress reporting, forecasting, and documentation management.
  • Facilitate subcontractor, supplier, purchase order, and invoicing activities to help keep projects running efficiently.
  • Coordinate client invoicing requirements and project documentation to promote accuracy and timely processing.
  • Maintain project records and document control systems to ensure information is organized, accessible, and compliant with project requirements.
  • Support Health & Safety initiatives by assisting with project-specific HSE documentation and tracking activities.
  • Enable collaboration across multidisciplinary teams through meeting coordination, logistics planning, field support, and stakeholder communication.

The Skills That Set You Apart

  • Diploma or degree in business administration, project management, engineering, environmental science, or a related discipline.
  • Up to 3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, consulting, engineering, construction, mining, environmental services, or similar environments.
  • Foundational knowledge of project management principles and an eagerness to develop project delivery expertise.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and a desire to learn in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Professional proficiency in both English and French.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $60,100 - $79,600

MB & ON: $54,800 - $75,400

NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $54,200 - $72,000
