Job Description

The Yale Cancer Center & the Section of Medical Oncology invite applications from board-certified/board eligible medical oncologists for a position in the Early Phase/Developmental Therapeutics Division. The incumbent should have a demonstrated academic record consistent with the level of Assistant through Full Professor at Yale School of Medicine. Academic appointment at Yale School of Medicine will be commensurate with experience. Of particular importance is experience in early clinical trials and strong interest in the development of clinical trials for novel targeted therapies. Emphasis is placed on the ability to foster interaction between laboratory and clinical investigators, possible translational/laboratory investigator, lead clinical trial teams and conduct high impact clinical translational research. This position involves clinical care, clinical and translational research activities, which may include active laboratory investigation, as well as expectations for participating in the teaching mission of the institution.
