This position has the responsibility for directing and managing the activities of the day-to-day operations and the teams responsible for fiscal and program monitoring, including Health and Human Services (HHS) Improper Payments Reviews. This program integrity unit conducts fiscal and programmatic reviews of local early learning coalitions and statewide contractors. The purpose of the reviews is to ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines and to identify opportunities to improve services to families and children. The program integrity unit is also responsible for the triennial review of HHS improper payments.
