Your main responsibilities will be to supervise multi‑disciplinary teams (Quality Improvement Specialists, Preschool Promise coaches/support, System Navigation, and Yamhill office staff); builds and stewards partnerships; ensures grant and contract compliance; coordinates educator recruitment/retention strategies; and drives data‑informed continuous improvement and professional learning aligned to Oregon's Early Learning priorities.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervises approximately 8-15 employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities for this position include interviewing, hiring, and training employees, as well as planning, assigning, and directing their work and appraising their performance. The Program Manager is also responsible for rewarding and disciplining employees when applicable and addressing their complaints.
