
Kendal at Oberlin is a full-service life plan community, which primarily serves older adults in the Quaker tradition. Residents are assured a lifetime of healthcare including short- and long-term nursing services, memory care and assisted living. Kendal at Oberlin's Early Learning Center is currently seeking a creative and enthusiastic full-time Lead Teacher. Our program is NAEYC-accredited and features unique intergenerational programming, giving children the special opportunity to learn and grow alongside our beloved Grandfriends who live on campus. The Lead Teacher will play a key role in shaping the minds and hearts of young learners by creating a caring, consistent, and engaging classroom environment. The teacher will prepare materials for curriculum and learning experiences in lesson plans while providing a safe and accepting educational environment.
