What We’re Looking For:• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 2 to 5 years of related experience OR Master’s degree in a related discipline with 0 to 2 years of related experience• Pennsylvania state licensure in your discipline (or eligible for licensure)• OT applicants: Board certification from NBCOT• SLP applicants: Completion of ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC)• RD applicants: Completion of an Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) approved program• Eligible for PA Promise Enrollment• Not on CMS Exclusion List• Valid driver’s license with at least 6 months of driving experience• Access to a vehicle with valid insurance, registration, and inspection• Ability to communicate, read, write, and understand English• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
As an Early Intervention Therapist, you’ll partner with families to support development, independence, and well-being through community-based therapy services. You’ll play a key role in helping children reach milestones and supporting caregivers with practical, hands-on strategies.
What You’ll Do:• Assist in developing outcomes, strategies, and data collection methods based on the child’s Evaluation Report (ER) and Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)• Assess the needs, interests, and abilities of the child and family to determine appropriate ways to help meet functional goals related to therapy or nutrition services• Provide families with individual session notes that include outcomes, strategies used, recommendations, and plans for the next session• Provide updates and information for quarterly reviews and annual evaluations in accordance with county guidelines• Offer support, feedback, and practical strategies to help families assist their child in achieving IFSP goals• Effectively communicate and collaborate with IFSP team members to meet the needs of the child and family• Fulfill transportation requirements to complete home visits and community-based therapy sessions• Maintain current mandated paperwork including state license, clearances, required training, and certifications related to your discipline
