Physical Therapist- Early Intervention

Program: CHILD Therapy Services

Location: Based in Arlington Heights, IL: In person and Telehealth therapy sessions across the Chicagoland and Suburbs

Hours: Flexible hours

Pay: $67 / EI billable hour

Clearbrook is a non-profit, social services agency that specializes in providing innovative services and opportunities to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist specializing in Early Intervention to join our team. This position focuses on providing therapeutic services to infants and toddlers (aged 0-3), addressing motor delays, enhancing mobility, and promoting physical development crucial for early childhood growth and independence.



Qualifications

Minimum Education / Experience Requirements:

  • Doctorate degree (DPT) in Physical Therapy
  • Current PT license in Illinois
  • Illinois Early Intervention certificate
  • 1 year of experience as a physical therapist with children aged 0-3 in a hospital, educational, or clinical setting or experience with children with multiple disabilities
