As a teacher, you’ll help guide children (ages 6 weeks–6 years) through engaging, child-centered learning based on Constructivist Theory and social-emotional development.

Qualifications:

• CDA required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood preferred
• Experience working with young children and managing classrooms
• Strong communication skills and commitment to equity and confidentiality

Responsibilities:

• Create and adapt developmentally appropriate lesson plans
• Maintain a safe, welcoming classroom environment
• Build trusting partnerships with families
• Participate in professional development and collaborate with your team
