About Hazelwood Early Childhood Centre
Hazelwood Early Childhood Centre is part of Connect Children and Families, a not-for-profit organisation supporting children, families and communities across the Blue Mountains, Lithgow, Hawkesbury and Western Sydney.
Hazelwood is a unique early learning service specialising exclusively in education and care for children aged 6 weeks to 3 years, with children transitioning to Connect's Possum Early Childhood Centre for their preschool years.
Our educators create warm, respectful and nurturing environments where babies and toddlers develop secure relationships, explore their world with confidence and build the foundations for lifelong learning.

About the Traineeship
As a trainee, you'll work alongside experienced educators while completing your nationally recognised Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

Many of our trainees continue their careers with Connect in permanent educator roles and progress to further qualifications.

With a passionate, highly skilled and committed staff campus wide of over 5,000, we provide a full range of clinical services, tertiary care and health promotion and prevention programs for children and young people.
We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.
