What We're Looking For:

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ECT), Diploma, or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education
• Room leader positions applicants must have relevant experience

Skills & Traits:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A vibrant, nurturing, and creative personality
• Tech-savvy or open to learning new platforms
• A genuine passion for early childhood and a deep respect for every child’s individual journey

Your Key Responsibilities:

High-Quality Education & Care:

Create and implement engaging curriculum plans, ensure a safe, inclusive space, and promote holistic development.

Health & Safety:

Maintain ratios, uphold hygiene and safety standards, and respond proactively to children’s needs.

Family & Community Partnerships:

Foster open, warm relationships with families and contribute to building our service’s culture from day one.
