The role

• Lead and co-design engaging, inquiry-based programs for children 3–5 aligned to the EYLF and NQF.
• Build warm, trusting partnerships with families and colleagues.
• Contribute to assessment, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Champion child safety, inclusion and wellbeing across the service.

About you

• ACECQA-approved ECT qualification (or near completion).
• NSW Working With Children Check and current First Aid/CPR/anaphylaxis.
• Evidence-informed practice grounded in Reggio Emilia/inquiry-based pedagogy.
• Collaborative, reflective and committed to child safety and quality.
