Early Childhood Teacher (Full-Time) | $45.80 – $63.38 per hour | Fountaindale, NSW

We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher for a full-time, dual-centre position across Follyfoot Farm Juniors by Busy Bees and Follyfoot Farm by Busy Bees, both located at 98–112 Old Chittaway Road, Fountaindale, NSW 2258.

One full-time role, two centre teams

You will work as an Early Childhood Teacher at both services, following a set weekly roster:

• Monday and Friday: Follyfoot Farm Juniors by Busy Bees.
• Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: Follyfoot Farm by Busy Bees.

This opportunity allows you to contribute your teaching expertise across two early learning environments while building meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues at each service. You will play a key role in planning and delivering high-quality educational programs that support children’s learning, development and wellbeing, adapting your approach to the needs of each centre.

What you’ll do

• Deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child’s development
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
• Collaborate with educators to maintain a positive and reflective team culture
• Support the service to meet and exceed the National Quality Framework (NQF)
• Contribute to curriculum planning, observations, and documentation

What you’ll bring

• A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values
• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Current Teacher Accreditation/Registration for NSW or ability to obtain
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher within Australia is highly regarded
• Current Working with Children Check for NSW
• A genuine passion for child-led learning and ongoing professional growth
