Join our Team of Excellence at Rise & Shine Kindergarten Maroochy River 2!

We are looking for a qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Rise & Shine Kindergarten, Maroochy River 2!

This is a Full Time role, 38 hours per week.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing inclusive, play based learning programs that foster children's development.
• Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that supports children's social, emotional and cognitive growth.
• Observing, assessing, and documenting children's learning progress to inform curriculum planning.
• Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to enhance learning outcomes.
• Promoting language and literacy development through storytelling, role play and interactive experiences.
• Ensuring compliance with the NQF and EYLF.
• Leading and mentoring educators to maintain high quality early childhood education and care.
• Communicating effectively with families to discuss children's progress, needs, and developmental milestones.

About You:

• You’re passionate aboutearly years education and committed to your own ongoing professional development.
• You have adeep understanding of children's developmental stages and are excited about implementing best practices.
• You’re ateam player who loves working in a vibrant, supportive environment.
• You have a strong knowledge ofNQS, EYLF, and the Education and Care Services National Regulations.
• Leadership experience is preferred.

What You’ll Need:

• At least 1 year of work experience
• Early Childhood Teaching Degree or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
• First Aid certification and a valid Working with Children Check.
• National Child Safety training.
• Desirable: Asthma & Anaphylaxis and Child Protection Training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay:$75,000 - $85,000
