Early Childhood Teachers & Assistant Teachers (All Positions)

Location: The Learning Experience
Pay: $16–$20 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience is hiring caring and dependable educators for Lead Teacher and Assistant Teacher positions across infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms. We are seeking team members who are passionate about early childhood education and creating engaging learning environments where children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily classroom routines and learning activities
• Create a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment
• Encourage children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Guide children through transitions including meals, rest time, and learning centers
• Communicate professionally with families and teaching team members
• Collaborate with center leadership to maintain classroom consistency and quality
• Follow all state licensing and safety requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Prior childcare experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, nurturing, and professional approach
• Availability Monday–Friday required
