We are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Years Educators to support the learning and development of young children in preschool and early learning environments. In this role, you will play an important part in creating a nurturing and engaging classroom experience for children aged 2 to 6 years. You will design and deliver age-appropriate, play-based learning activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and early skill development. The role involves implementing structured early childhood education approaches while maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. You will work closely with fellow educators and parents to support each child’s holistic growth, ensuring their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development during their formative years.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning activities that support early childhood development
• Implement play-based curriculum aligned with educational frameworks such as Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or similar approaches
• Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment for young learners
• Support the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of children aged 2 to 6 years
• Observe and assess student progress while maintaining accurate developmental records
• Identify individual learning needs and adapt teaching methods to support each child’s growth
• Encourage creativity, curiosity, and positive social interactions among children
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities
• Participate in parent-teacher meetings and provide meaningful feedback on child development
• Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to maintain consistent learning standards and classroom practices

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Qualification in Early Childhood Education such as NTT, Montessori Training, ECE, B.Ed., or related fields
• 1–4 years of experience in preschool or early childhood education environments
• Freshers with a strong passion for early childhood teaching are also encouraged to apply
• Strong understanding of early childhood learning frameworks and play-based teaching approaches
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with children and parents
• Patient, nurturing, and empathetic approach toward child development
• Ability to create engaging classroom environments that encourage exploration and creativity
• Strong observation and assessment skills to support individual learning needs
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with educators and school staff
• Passion for shaping young minds and contributing to early childhood education
