An LK Soccer Coach leads children ages 18 months to 10 years old through a 50-minute structured class focused on development, confidence, and fun. Coaches play a key role in creating a safe, positive, and consistent experience for children and families.
This role is ideal for committed high school students, college students, recent graduates, and adults looking for reliable part-time work in a supportive, team-driven environment. Soccer experience is helpful, but not required — full training is provided.

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Lil’ Kickers is a nationwide soccer program rooted in child development theory for kids ages 18 months to 10 years old. Weekly classes are packed with fun and taught by dynamic coaches with a passion for kids. We focus on helping children build strong physical, intellectual and emotional skills using the game of soccer. Lil’ Kickers is a nationwide child development program that teaches soccer fundamentals to kids ages 18 months to 12 years.
