Early Childhood Floater Teacher – The Learning Experience Natick

Location: Natick, MA
Pay: $22–$24 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

About the Role

The Learning Experience – Natick is hiring a Flexible Floater Teacher to support our Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms. This is a great opportunity for an experienced early childhood educator who enjoys variety, teamwork, and working with different age groups throughout the day.

Our floaters play a vital role in keeping classrooms running smoothly while providing consistent, nurturing care to our children.

What You’ll Do

• Step into infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms as needed
  
  
• Support Lead Teachers with daily routines, activities, and transitions
  
  
• Help maintain safe, clean, and engaging classroom environments
  
  
• Engage children through play-based learning, music, art, and hands-on activities
  
  
• Assist with meals, diapering/toileting, rest time, and classroom organization
  
  
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff
  
  
• Follow all Massachusetts EEC health, safety, and licensing guidelines
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working in a daycare, preschool, or childcare center required
  
  
• High school diploma or GED required
  
  
• EEC certification or Early Childhood coursework strongly preferred
  
  
• Understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
  
  
• CPR/First Aid preferred (or willingness to obtain)
  
  
• Reliable, flexible, and team-oriented
