Who We’re Looking For:

Qualifications:

1. Certificate III Educator – Full-Time

  • Certificate III (ACECQA approved)

  • Positive, engaging, and enthusiastic attitude

  • Flexible across age groups

  • Willingness to learn and grow within a high-quality service

  • Current WWCC, First Aid, and Child Protection training

Personal Qualities:

  • Warm, enthusiastic, and nurturing

  • Strong communication skills

  • Open to learning and using technology

  • Committed to high-quality education and care

Your Role as an Educator:

As a valued educator, you will:

  • Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences

  • Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families

  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where children come first

  • Work collaboratively with your team

  • Uphold high standards of health, hygiene, and safety at all times
