Who We’re Looking For:
Qualifications:
1. Certificate III Educator – Full-Time
Certificate III (ACECQA approved)
Positive, engaging, and enthusiastic attitude
Flexible across age groups
Willingness to learn and grow within a high-quality service
Current WWCC, First Aid, and Child Protection training
Personal Qualities:
Warm, enthusiastic, and nurturing
Strong communication skills
Open to learning and using technology
Committed to high-quality education and care
Your Role as an Educator:
As a valued educator, you will:
Create and implement engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where children come first
Work collaboratively with your team
Uphold high standards of health, hygiene, and safety at all times
