About you

This role requires an educator who can confidently contribute to programming, documentation, and team practice from day one.

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (CHC50121 or equivalent)
• A clear understanding of the NQF, VEYLDF, EYLF V2.0, and NQS
• At least 2–3 years of experience in long day care or kindergarten environments
• Confidence contributing to programming and documentation
• Passion for inquiry-based, child-led learning
• Availability for a rotating roster between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm
• Full-time Australian work rights are essential for this position

This role may not suit educators who:

• are newly qualified or have only completed placement-based experience
• prefer highly directed environments with limited involvement in planning
• are still developing confidence in applying frameworks in practice
