• Annualised salary model available

• Salary Educator Level 2, commencing at $39.87 per hour plus 12% superannuation

The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educators to join our kindergarten services. These roles support program development, guiding practice within the room, and working closely with families to enhance children’s learning.

With Building Blocks funding and planned renovations across several of our kindergartens in 2026–2027, this is an exciting time to join us as we expand learning spaces and modernise environments to support high-quality, play-based education.

Multiple part time roles are available, with varying hours across our kindergarten services across Moonee Valley.

In these roles, you will:

  • Work in alignment with the Child Safe Standards, National Quality Framework and curriculum frameworks
  • Collaboratively plan and implement engaging, play-based learning programs
  • Document children’s progress, interests and abilities, including developing individual and group learning goals
  • Lead warm, intentional interactions as key learning strategies
  • Support curriculum development and provide leadership within the room as required

About You

  • Diploma of Children’s Services (or equivalent) recognised under the Education and Care National Law Act 2010 & National Regulations 2011
  • Experience working within early childhood settings with strong knowledge of the NQF, Child Safe Standards and curriculum frameworks
  • Ability to provide guidance and leadership to team members and contribute to inclusive and culturally responsive programs
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
  • Current: Working With Children Check, First Aid Level 2, CPR, Anaphylaxis Management and Emergency Asthma Management certificates
  • Flexibility within working days and times to support current timetable needs
