The Opportunity
We are seeking Degree-qualified Early Childhood Teachers to take on key leadership roles across our kindergarten services. These positions offer the opportunity to lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of high-quality educational programs, guide team practice, and build strong, respectful partnerships with families.
With Building Blocks funding and planned upgrades across several kindergartens in 2026–2027, this is an exciting time to join us as we expand learning spaces and enhance environments to support strong outcomes for children, educators and the wider community.
A range of part-time positions are available, with final placement and hours discussed with shortlisted applicants based on service requirements and organisational needs.
As an Early Childhood Teacher, your responsibilities will include:
• Leading the development, planning and implementation of high-quality play-based programs
• Working in accordance with the National Quality Framework, Child Safe Standards and curriculum frameworks
• Providing leadership, guidance and mentoring to educators within the team
• Documenting and assessing children’s learning and development, and setting meaningful individual and group learning goals
• Building strong, positive and collaborative relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Contributing to continuous improvement practices within the service
About You
• Approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification recognised under the Education and Care National Law Act 2010 & National Regulations 2011
• Strong understanding of the NQF, Child Safe Standards and curriculum frameworks
• Demonstrated experience in leading educational programs and guiding educator practice
• Ability to establish and maintain collaborative, professional relationships with families, colleagues and community partners
• Strong communication, organisational and reflective practice skills
• Current: Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration, First Aid Level 2, CPR, Anaphylaxis Management and Emergency Asthma Management certificates
• Flexibility with working days and times to support timetable needs
