What We're Looking For:

• Qualifications: Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or be willing to work towards a qualification in a traineeship.

• Team Player: Collaborative, dedicated to understanding and respecting children's individuality and developmental stages.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in technology or be willing to learn! Have a keen focus on maintaining exemplary customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Excellence in Education & Care: Implement a high-quality curriculum, contribute to planning and review, and foster a positive, inclusive, and safe environment.
• Workplace Health & Safety: Uphold educator-to-child ratios, administer first aid, and ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
• Partnerships and Communication: Build positive relationships with families, support team collaboration, and actively contribute to the service's Quality Improvement Plan.
