The Opportunity

We are expanding our teams across several kindergarten services and are seeking enthusiastic Certificate III educators who are eager to contribute to warm, engaging and high-quality early childhood programs.

This is an exciting time to join us, with Building Blocks funding and major renovations scheduled across multiple kindergartens in 2026–2027. These upgrades will create more learning spaces, modernised environments, and enhanced opportunities for children and educators alike.

Working collaboratively within your team, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Working in accordance with the Child Safe Standards, National Quality Framework and curriculum frameworks
  • Building positive and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
  • Engaging in warm, intentional interactions to support children’s learning and development
  • Documenting children’s learning and contributing to planning discussions
  • Supporting the delivery of innovative, play-based learning programs

About You

  • Flexibility with working days and times to support current timetable needs.
  • Certificate III in Children’s Services (or equivalent) recognised by the Department of Education
  • Strong understanding of Child Safe Standards, NQF and curriculum frameworks
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Ability to work collaboratively with your team and manage daily tasks effectively
  • Current: Working With Children Check, First Aid Level 2, CPR, Anaphylaxis Management and Emergency Asthma Management
