Early Childhood Education Teacher / Preschool Teacher (EEC Certified)
Location: The Learning Experience - Milford
Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

At The Learning Experience, we create joyful early learning environments where children build confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning. Our teachers bring the L.E.A.P. curriculum to life through hands-on experiences that support school readiness and social-emotional growth.

We are seeking certified Preschool Teachers to join our team and guide children ages 3–5 in a structured, engaging classroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily preschool classroom activities in a safe, nurturing setting
• Implement lessons aligned with the L.E.A.P. curriculum
• Support early literacy, math readiness, and problem-solving skills
• Encourage independence and positive peer interactions
• Maintain classroom organization and licensing compliance
• Communicate regularly with families about progress and milestones

Qualifications

• Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher certification required
• Experience working in a daycare or preschool classroom preferred
• Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Must meet state childcare licensing requirements
