Early Childhood Education Teacher (3 Year Old Classroom)
Location: The Learning Experience – East Brunswick, NJ
Pay: $16–$17 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – East Brunswick is hiring a dedicated Early Preschool Teacher to guide children aged 3 in a structured, nurturing learning environment. This role focuses on supporting toddlers as they strengthen communication skills, build independence, and develop early social awareness through hands-on, play-based experiences.

This position is ideal for an educator who enjoys working with young learners during this important developmental stage and values teamwork in a supportive childcare setting.

What You’ll Do

• Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment for young preschoolers
  
  
• Plan and support age-appropriate activities that encourage language, movement, creativity, and social growth
  
  
• Guide daily routines including meals, toileting, transitions, and rest time
  
  
• Promote positive behavior and peer interaction
  
  
• Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness
  
  
• Provide consistent communication to families regarding daily experiences
  
  
• Follow all New Jersey childcare licensing and safety requirements
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required
  
  
• Experience in daycare, preschool, or early childhood education preferred
  
  
• CDA or early childhood coursework a plus
  
  
• Understanding of developmentally appropriate practices
  
  
• Must meet New Jersey childcare licensing and background standards
