You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • End to End recruitment and onboarding of all Early Career (EC) programme hires across CEE, leading a team of Early Careers TA Specialists.
  • Partnering business and HR stakeholders across CEE to develop and shape our EC programmes to meet current and future business needs, with a focus on DE&I
  • Manage EC recruitment campaign delivering a best in class screening & assessment model, ensuring that we identify top talent and provide an outstanding candidate experience
  • Working with TA Employer Branding Project Lead and CGA, responsible for designing EC specific Employer Brand strategy, delivering the ‘Taste the Future’ branding through social media campaigns. Co-ordination and execution of campus engagement during key campaign timelines with partner universities.
  • Be an expert on Early Careers in CEE area -  keep knowledge up to date on emerging trends and habits of both peer companies and GenZ talent, networking externally and sharing insights with the wider team i.e renumeration & rewards, recruitment strategies
  • Analysis of application data to pull out insights, allowing continuous improvement in our approach.
  • Define annual budget for Early Careers recruitment, manage and control spend.
  • Be a member of the CEE TA LT – supporting with wider team initiatives and projects where required.

For this role you will need to have: 

  • Knowledge of Early Careers & Graduate recruitment market in the CEE is beneficial but not essential.
  • Passion for Early Careers recruitment – keen interest to explore changing trends & understanding the market.
  • A proven ability to translate business requirements into resourcing strategy - action strategic planning and business partnering an agenda.
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong track record in project management, solid organizational skills. Experience in delivering change as well as managing process improvements.
  • Excellent problem solving & communication skills
  • Experience of standing alone and leading.
