As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

The Early Careers team plays an integral part as a key focal point between the business and students. We are responsible for providing a best-in-class experience to students that showcase the organization's people, culture & technology through events and programs to attract, and recruit high potential students.

Responsibilities：
1. Support the team with all campus recruitment-related initiatives (campus outreach, intern/graduate recruitment, talent mapping, assessment, and interview coordination).
2. Preparation of events collateral (EDM, posters, presentation deck, etc).
3. Work with the team to build a strong talent pool of high-potential candidates.
4. Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects.
5. Update and maintain the student database.
6. Provide support for interview training and administrative matters.
7. Support the team with recruitment-related activities.
