We focus on creating innovative programs and initiatives that support the growth and development of early career professionals, including interns, graduates, and apprentices. Our team operates across multiple regions, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience for all participants, while also tailoring programs to meet local needs and cultural nuances.
Early Careers sits within Human Resources (HR) which plays a critical role in driving the employee experience, shaping the firm’s culture and building a diverse and inclusive workforce. We are a strategic partner to the business — working with leaders across the firm to hire, develop and retain the best people, and help meet business goals.
As a Programme Manager for the UK Apprenticeship programme in the Early Careers team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience for both apprentices and managers as they move through their four year programme. This role is well-suited to someone with initial experience in Early Careers programme management - or broader HR generalist experience - who's keen to grow in Early Careers.
