As an Associate Recruiter, you will support the early careers recruitment process, contributing to the attraction, selection, and program execution for high-volume hiring. As a/an Campus Recruiting Associate in Global Markets Campus Recruiting, you will help us attract, assess, and hire talent for our Fellowship, Summer Analyst, and Full-Time Analyst programs. You will build relationships with business leaders, universities, and partner organizations while delivering a welcoming, high-touch experience for candidates from first event through offer. You will support the planning and delivery of internship and fellowship experiences—orientation, learning, mentorship, and performance feedback—to strengthen engagement and full-time conversion. You will also use data and recruiting systems to keep our processes organized, compliant, and insights-driven, and you will bring curiosity and new ideas that help us continuously improve how we hire and develop early career talent.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end sourcing, attraction, and hiring for Fellowship, Summer Analyst, and Full-Time Analyst programs, aligning with business priorities across the Global Markets organization.
  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and key partners; provide updates on recruiting activity and help manage stakeholder and candidate expectations.
  • Maintain relationships with universities and partner organizations; organize and attend in-person and virtual campus events to promote the Markets programs.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the attraction and hiring lifecycle.
  • Assist in the execution of early identification programs (e.g., Insights Program, Fellowship) to broaden and diversify the talent pipeline.
  • Support planning and delivery of Summer Analyst and Fellowship experiences, including orientation, learning, mentorship, and performance management, to drive conversion to full-time roles; collaborate with internal partners to enhance the candidate journey.
  • Use data and metrics to inform decisions and adhere to recruiting risk/controls; maintain ATS/CRM data quality (e.g., ORC/Oracle, Yello, Handshake, LinkedIn, PitchPro+, Excel), track headcount, and assist with regular reporting of KPIs/ROI.
  • Present organized updates and insights to stakeholders and leadership as needed.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and willingness to learn the organization’s capability needs; contribute ideas to enhance processes and the candidate experience.
  • Participate in projects and tasks as assigned to support priority initiatives.
  • Travel during peak recruiting seasons; provide occasional evening/weekend support as needed.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 3+ years of business or recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels; collaborative team player who adapts quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Collaborative team player who also operates independently; adapts quickly to shifting priorities and pace
  • Experience planning and executing high‑impact in‑person and virtual events; managing internship/pipeline programs and complex projects with measurable outcomes
  • Ability to use metrics and data to inform decisions and optimize processes; and able to identify actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Familiarity with recruitment systems, processes, and employment practices; ability to handle sensitive HR information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Can attend events and travel during peak recruiting seasons; provide occasional evening/weekend support as needed

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Prior experience in university relations or early careers recruiting
  • Experience in global professional services; ideally within Markets or related financial services.
