The Early Career Traineeship is an investment in young talents where GE trains fresh graduates who meet the required criteria to perform their traineeship in a GE business. The traineeship duration varies upon business requirement and will develop the general skills of the trainee and provide on the job knowledge and technical experience.

Job Description

Early Career Trainee, Service Sales will grow sales of assigned customer portfolio through creating and maintaining long term customer relationships/satisfaction. He/she will contact hospital, clinics and physician office customers to sell assigned products/services, will meet, exceed sales quotas and activity levels for assigned territory by keeping sales trackers and account reviews. He/she will

prospect, qualify, quote and close new business in an assigned area.

Responsibilities:

*Preparing quotations in full contact with the customers, engineers, and back office

  • Processing spare parts pricing and sending quotations, handling customer sales calls when needed.
  • Full cooperation with ISS (Inside Sales Specialist) in order to complete quote to order processes.
  • Full cooperation with Growth and Pricing Manager and Service Account Managers.
  • Strategic pricing management for service contracts
  • Data Analytics for accurate forecast management and ad-hoc Power BI and MS Excel analysis.
  • Support Commercial Operations duties and tasks by preparing service contract quotes and service contracts. Follow up and carry out internal and external contract signatures, calls with the customers to conclude the whole contract admin process.
  • Support Commercial Operations team by deep diving corporate P&L and reconcile with billing finance engine and spare part invoice tracker.

Qualifications and experience

*A diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Biomedical Engineering, Administrative sciences.

  • High Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products (esp. MS Excel)
  • Ability to communicate using English
  • Creative Problem Solving –Strong analytical skills demonstrating ability to identify root causes of

problems; generate and evaluate creative alternative solutions; implement problem resolutions

quickly and effectively with fact-based decisions.
