Emerging Talent Rotational Program (ETRP) – Site Operations (Quality Focus)

What you will do

Our “Fuel Your Potential” Emerging Talent Rotational Program (ETRP) is designed for ambitious early-career professionals who want to grow as leaders and innovators in global biotechnology. As part of this 24-month program, you’ll complete three dynamic 8-month rotations within our Site Operations organization, which includes Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, and / or Engineering. The start-date of the program is September 1, 2026.

Along the way, you’ll gain a broad understanding of our operations, sharpen your leadership and technical skills, and build a powerful network across the company—while developing a strong foundation in Quality Assurance and GMP-regulated environments

What you’ll experience:

  • Immersive learning opportunities across key functions in Site Operations, with strong exposure to Quality and compliance processes
  • Hands-on experience in GMP environments, including documentation, deviations, CAPA, and quality systems.

  • A launchpad for leadership, positioning you for future roles after the program, including potential development towards a Qualified Person (QP) career path

What we expect of you

We are looking for high-potential early talent with a strong scientific background and a genuine interest in building a career in Quality within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

  • Master’s degree (by September) in Sciences, HealthCare, Pharmaceuticals, or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Demonstrated interest in Quality Assurance, GMP environments, and pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • Motivation and potential to grow towards roles with increasing responsibility in Quality, including a potential future Qualified Person (QP) pathway
  • Demonstrated leadership experience—whether through student organizations, internships, volunteering, or team-based projects.
  • Genuine interest in Site Operations (Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering).
  • Comfortable with shift work during the Manufacturing rotation to gain vital on-the-ground experience.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and data skills.
  • Collaborative spirit and ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.
