In this highly visible role, you'll partner with HR, business leaders, universities, and recruiting teams to attract, assess, and hire top early-career talent while delivering exceptional candidate experiences and strengthening our future talent pipeline.
The Early Career Lead executes enterprise-wide campus program recruitment and hiring, exercising independent judgment in program execution, stakeholder partnership, and continuous improvement. The role drives the attraction, assessment, and selection of undergraduate and graduate talent for internships and the Hubbell Rotation Program. This position plays a key role in strengthening the early career talent pipeline through data-informed decision-making, program governance, and cross-functional collaboration with Talent Acquisition and local HR teams. This role reports directly to the Campus Programs Manager.
