Our 9-week Summer Internship Program, kicking off in June 2027, offers you the opportunity to delve into the dynamic world of client services within a global investment firm. As an ETF Product Development Intern, you’ll play an active role in driving the growth of Invesco’s ETF business. You’ll work closely with the ETF Product Strategy & Research teams, applying your analytical skills to tackle real-world challenges and advance key strategic priorities for ETFs and other innovative investment products.

· Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
· Proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced functions) and PowerPoint

· Genuine interest in financial markets, asset management, and ETFs
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

· Must be able to work in one of Invesco’s offices where the program is available

The salary range for this position in New York, New York/ New York is Min Base - Max Base/year. The total compensation offered for this position includes salary and incentive pay and will vary based on skills, experience and location
