The Role

Your role
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will support sales teams by turning sales activity and performance data into clear, reliable insights that enable effective planning, forecasting, and execution. The role will focus on maintaining accurate reporting, supporting sales operations processes, and ensuring sales leaders and sellers have timely information to manage pipeline, revenue, and productivity. Work is balanced between structured analysis and operational support, with regular collaboration across sales, finance, and operations teams.

What you will do
•Support sales planning, forecasting, and performance tracking through accurate reporting and analysis
•Maintain and enhance sales operations reports, dashboards, and tools used to monitor pipeline, bookings, and revenue
•Analyze sales metrics and variances to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
•Support budgeting and expense tracking activities related to sales operations
•Maintain sales force automation systems to ensure data quality and consistent usage
•Partner with sales, finance, and operations teams to align reporting with business and customer needs
•Contribute to continuous improvement of sales operations processes, tools, and documentation

Who You Are

Required skills and experience

•Experience supporting sales operations, sales reporting, or revenue operations in a structured business environment
•Experience working with sales metrics such as pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, or sales productivity
•Experience creating, maintaining, or analyzing reports and dashboards using enterprise reporting tools
•Experience working with sales force automation or CRM systems to maintain data accuracy and consistency
•Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate findings into clear operational insights
•Experience collaborating with cross functional teams such as sales, finance, and operations

Preferred skills and experience

•Experience supporting budgeting, expense tracking, or financial variance analysis for sales teams
•Experience improving or documenting sales operations processes or tools
•Familiarity with automated or advanced reporting tools used in sales operations environments

The base compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $55,200 to $99,240 based on a full-time schedule reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Kyndryl, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.

Your actual compensation may vary depending on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction, including, but not limited to, geography, relevant job-related skills, education and experience, certification and licenses, internal pay equity, and market and business consideration. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:

California (San Francisco Bay Area): $66,240 to $119,040

California (All Other): $60,720 to $109,200

Colorado:$55,200 to $99,240

Massachusetts/ Virginia: $55,200 to $109,200

New York City:$66,240 to $119,040

Washington:$60,720 to $109,200

Washington DC: $60,720 to $109,200

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
