About the role

The E-app Configurator must have a strong Annuities background and be able to work on PPFAs/Forms on the iPipeline (Affirm) and/or eBix (Annuitynet or AN4) and/or Hexure (Firelight) platforms. They should be able to create business rules to support product / rate changes. This person will have a good understanding of these technologies, along with strong analytical skills, problem solving abilities and ideally a background in the Agile world.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with theIT andbusiness teamsto define, configure, andmaintainbusiness rules and workflows on E-app platforms (AFFIRM, AN4, and Firelight) for annuityand life solutions.

• Provide support to business areas by investigating operational and technical problems/inquiries and recommending and implementing solutions.

• Maintainaccountabilitiesfor all assigned work, provideaccurateestimates for work to be completed, and describe completed work.

• Translate user requirements into business requirements and technical specifications for small development projects.

• Annuity experiencerequiredwith Life experience preferred.

• Implement new productsand e-Signature on order entry platforms

• Administer and advance Order Entry platform development standards and best practices.

• Review platform releases to assess their impact onKuvare’sbusiness needs and test relevant changes.

• Communicate the status of ongoing work internally within the team and externally with clients, where applicable.

• Translate user stories into effective solutions that meets the Customer needs to ensure a quality product is delivered.

• Experience with Waterfall and Agile development methodologies and concepts preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+years of technical, business systems analysis experience

• 2+ yearsofconfiguration experienceon the E-app platforms.
