As Executive Assistant Manager - Sales and Marketing, you will lead the commercial strategy for The Ritz‑Carlton, shaping demand and driving revenue across rooms, groups and catering within a large, complex luxury hotel environment (typically 300+ peak rooms with significant local catering and significant Food & Beverage revenue). You will lead a high‑performing team across proactive and reactive sales, with full accountability for delivering booking targets and total revenue performance.
You will bring the brand’s service strategy to life throughout the sales journey, building long‑term, value‑based relationships with key customers and partners, and ensuring the hotel is positioned effectively across the right sales channels, including area sales support, sales office functions and electronic lead platforms.
In a luxury setting, reputation and relationships are as critical as results. You will oversee the marketing budget to deliver property‑specific objectives, promotions and collaterals, and collaborate closely with Marriott Digital Services and drive regional marketing communications to maximize Marketing rooms and Food & Beverage objectives.
You will lead, inspire and develop a high‑performing Sales & Marketing team, setting clear direction, priorities and standards of excellence aligned with The Ritz‑Carlton brand. With a strong focus on coaching, capability building and performance management, you will create an environment where associates are empowered to succeed, grow professionally and consistently deliver exceptional commercial outcomes. You will foster collaboration across sales, marketing, and key hotel stakeholders, ensuring the team operates with discipline, accountability and a shared commitment to service excellence, relationship building and long‑term value creation.
You will also play a pivotal role in strengthening the hotel’s presence within luxury sales ecosystems, including collaboration with luxury travel advisors and participation in recognized luxury travel programs.
