Role

As a EA to COO you need to act as the high-energy, proactive engine of the COO’s office. This role is designed for a sharp,

ambitious, fresh graduate who will manage the COO’s calendar, streamline daily operations,

orchestrate key events, and handle high-priority tasks and approvals, ensuring the COO's time is

optimized and seamlessly executed.

A purpose driven role for you

The role will include

1.Calendar Strategy & Meeting Readiness

• Own, prioritize, and meticulously manage the COO's calendar.
• Ensure the COO is fully briefed with necessary

documents/context prior to every meeting.

• Gatekeep the COO’s time to balance deep work with critical

meetings.

2.Workflow & Approval Gatekeeping

• Act as the central filter for all notes, memos, and approval

requests heading to the COO's desk.

• Ensure documents are accurate, organized, and properly

vetted before presentation.

3.Communications & Minutes of Meetings (MoM)

• Attend critical leadership meetings to capture action items.
• Draft high-impact emails, internal announcements, and follow

up tenaciously on action items with department heads.

4.Event Orchestration & Travel Logistics

• End-to-end planning of internal team events, town halls,

offsites, and operational reviews.

• Manage seamless, end-to-end domestic and international

travel itineraries.

Academic Qualification & Experience

Degrees in Business Administration,

Engineering, Economics (Fresh Graduate / Recent Campus Passout

(2025/2026 batch).

0-3 years of experience(Freshers welcome)

Prior leadership experence in collage festivel, student councilsor high intensity internship is highly valued

Technical Skills/Knowledge

1.Tech Savy:Matry of Google workspace/Office 365(Calander, Docs, slides, etc)AI tools

2.Hyper Organized:Familarity with Project management tools is a major plus.

3.Strong communicator:Exceptional command of writing and verbal english.

Behavioural Skills

1.Unmatched Rigor & Passion: A "get-things-done" mindset with an insatiable hunger to learn how a business Scales

2.Flexible & Resilient:Comfortable with ambiguity,evening calls if crisis arises and fast changing priorities.
