Join Wipro Infotech-NETHERLAND as a Practice Specialist within our TS - ENTERPRISE APPLICATIONS division, specializing in the ORACLE practice. This leadership role is pivotal in spearheading sales initiatives, overseeing the full sales lifecycle, and shaping strategic growth plans within the targeted region. As an expert in IT services and consulting, you will be responsible for forging robust client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating intricate deals that align with both client objectives and organizational strategy. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding Wipro’s influence across cloud computing, business process outsourcing, application development, and security domains.

The role demands a combination of strategic vision, sales proficiency, technical insight, and collaborative leadership. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead the comprehensive sales process including prospecting, needs assessment, proposal formulation, negotiation, and closure of high-value contracts within the enterprise applications space.
• Design and implement strategic account plans aligned with Wipro’s portfolio and client business objectives, driving sustained revenue growth and market penetration.
• Develop and nurture trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, influencing decision-making and positioning Wipro as a preferred partner.
• Collaborate with technical, delivery, and solution teams to create compelling and competitive proposals using design thinking approaches and detailed financial analyses.
• Ensure rigorous pipeline management, compliance with regulatory and organizational risk policies, and maintain visibility into sales performance metrics.
• Provide thought leadership by continuously monitoring industry trends, competitive landscapes and emerging technologies to identify market opportunities and adapt sales approaches.
• Actively promote and model Wipro’s core values by fostering an inclusive, respectful environment that nurtures teamwork and shared success.

Desired Skills and Expertise

• A minimum of eight years’ experience in IT services and consulting sales, preferably focused on enterprise applications and cloud technologies.
• Proven capability to lead and close complex, multimillion-dollar deals across diverse stakeholder groups and global environments.
• Expertise in sales enablement, pipeline architecture, opportunity qualification, and adept contract negotiation with deep knowledge of commercial and legal frameworks.
• Exceptional communication skills with proficiency in English, capable of engaging effectively at all organizational levels and fostering collaborative partnerships.
• Comprehensive understanding of cloud computing, application development, business process outsourcing, and cybersecurity solutions within enterprise contexts.
• Hands-on experience with financial modeling and contract development, ensuring proposals provide value while mitigating risk.
• Demonstrated leadership competencies including self-motivation, network and people leadership, transformative change management, and stewardship.
• Strong ethical standards, trustworthiness, and responsiveness to customer and organizational priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; advanced qualifications such as an MBA or equivalent are strongly preferred to support strategic business acumen.
