EA - Project Administrator (Night shift)The Project Administrator and Analyst collaborate with the Director of Non-Brokerage Revenue and the Billing team to manage administrative tasks for finance projects.
Duties include scheduling meetings, tracking project timelines, developing process flows, testing plans, managing change procedures, preparing training materials, analyzing data, and reporting. The role also maintains project documents such as plans, RAID logs, and status updates, ensuring stakeholders are informed promptly.
Prior work experience as a Project Administrator or a similar role will be an added advantage for the candidate. You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to organize efficiently. You should also have ability to facilitate stakeholders.
This detail-oriented, high communication role interacts with multiple levels across the organization, requiring strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize responsibilities, and a positive, solutions-focused attitude. This role ensures timely dedication to overall finance projects while partnering with business operations, HR, and finance to resolve issues and educate stakeholders.
Supports accurate reporting and data analysis for decision-making and issue resolution.
