As ourEA Connected TeamsPeople Administrator,you’llplay a key role in supporting the growth and success of our Manila Executive Assistant team as we continue to expand our offshore operations. Working closely with the AUEAConnected TeamsOperations team,you’llhelp ensure our Partners, Managing Directors, Directors and Executive Assistants receive seamless, high-quality support.
This role is central to embedding and evolving theEA Connected Teamsoperatingmodel, strengthening capability in Manila, improving stakeholder experience, and helping our people deliver exceptional service across PwC Australia.

Whatyou’lldo:
Support the evolution of theEA Connected Teamsmodel byidentifyingopportunities to improve processes, training, servicedeliveryand stakeholder experience.
Partner with Manila and Australian stakeholders to support EA performance, including feedback conversations, coaching, developmentplanningand escalation whererequired
Coordinate onboarding for Partners receiving Manila EA support, as well as new joiner introductions and development activities.
Support recruitment activity, including participating in interviews and helping ensure the right capability is built within the Manila team.
Work with the Operations Manager and Manila leadership team toidentifytraining needs, deliver process guidance, and support ongoing capability uplift.
