E2E Service Part Program Manager MQT
What you’ll do:
As an E2E Service Part Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving cross-functional performance for all aspects of Service Parts activities to meet customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and profitability.
Your responsibilities include:
Responsibility for the cross-functional execution of service performance (sales, SCM, material planning, production scheduling, operations)
Coordinate all Seat Belt and Steering Wheel Service Parts activities for multiple OEM customers.
Serve as the primary interface for all Seat Belt Plants and Steering Wheel Plants with cross -functional groups
E2E mindset to deliver customer focus across all enterprise areas for our OEMs Operational Coordination
Ensure on-time delivery performance by coordinating closely with Supply Chain Management (SCM) for component availability and forecasting.
Ensure plants are building parts to ship on-time to avoid OEM debits and maintain strong EBIT results
Interface with Engineering teams to manage design changes and technical updates related to service parts.
Conduct consistent meetings with cross-functional groups (centralized logistics, packaging, production planning, and production control) to meet delivery targets.
Maintain and update Service Part cross-reference databases, including PLM, and ICAN.
Cascade critical priority information and status updates to Plant Managers, Directors, and Vice Presidents. Data & Process Management
Maintain accurate service parts documentation, databases, and cross-reference records.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service parts processes and customer satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in account management, program management, service parts, or a related automotive function.
Strong engineering and product knowledge, with the ability to understand technical changes and their commercial impact.
Proven experience with program management and cross-functional collaboration.
Working knowledge of PLM Service Part Cross-Reference databases, and ICAN.
Advanced English level
Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed organization.
