The E-Tech Team Leader provides day-to-day leadership for Goodwill’s E-Tech department, overseeing the testing, data wiping, imaging, listing, and packing of technology products for online sale and recycling programs. This working lead role supports a team of E-Technicians to ensure devices are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with data security and partner requirements (including the Dell Reconnect program).

The E-Tech Team Leader acts as the primary point person on the floor for workflow coordination, troubleshooting, and quality control, helping the team meet performance goals for revenue, accuracy, safety, and productivity while supporting Goodwill’s mission through sustainable ecommerce operations.

What is an E-Tech Team lead at Goodwill?

  • Lead and support a team of E-Technicians responsible for sorting, testing, wiping, photographing, listing, and packing technology items
  • Own the E-Tech schedule, including creating and publishing weekly schedules, adjusting coverage based on volume and priorities, and managing call-offs/PTO in coordination with the Director of Ecommerce.
  • Perform and oversee imaging, listing preparation, and product setup so that items meet platform and internal specifications.
  • Support implementation and daily use of tools, automations, and AI-driven processes that improve speed, accuracy, and sell-through
  • Participate in meetings, trainings, and change rollouts; help translate new procedures into clear direction for the team

External Hiring Range $18.00-$22.00/hour

Schedule Monday through Friday, with a flexible start time and lunch break! Schedule can vary depending on department needs.

Travel No travel required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1 year of experience required. OR
  • High school diploma or equivalent AND no experience required.

Required Experience: must be related to the internet to find information.

Preferred Experience: Ecommerce, online sales, or technical operation

REQUIRED CLEARANCES, LICENSES, AND CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Candidates are expected to provide current, valid Child Abuse clearance.
